Feel the ground shake as the tanks, vehicles, and artillery take to the arena in a fantastic display of historic military might at the Museum of the American G.I.’s “History in Motion”!
Tickets are $10 Adults, $5 Kids (5-11), Under 5 with parking onsite. Hours 10 AM – 2PM with gates opening at 9:30 AM so you won’t miss the first demonstration at 10 AM. Upon entering the museum property, you will ride in a WWII 2 1/2 ton CCKW or modern HUMVEE to the demonstration fields where all of the activities will take place.
In between demonstrations, visit the artillery range for an opportunity to fire a paintball adapted machine gun ($10), or to fire a historic 75 mm Howitzer ($40). Or visit the transportation station for the opportunity to ride in a WWII tank ($125) or WWII half-track ($20).
To keep everyone safe, we will be following COVID-19 safety precautions. Masks will be required. Any hands-on activities will require gloves (which will be provided) and social distancing will be encouraged. Vehicles and attractions will be sanitized between uses. Come stay 6 feet together with us as we bring history alive!
